Leather fringes and python details are the highlights of Roberto Cavalli's collection as the Italian designer celebrates his 40th anniversary.
MILAN, ITALY (SEPTEMBER 27, 2010) REUTERS - Italian designer Roberto Cavalli marked 40 years in the business with a sexy Spring/Summer 2011 celebratory show in Milan on Monday (September 27).
Russian model Natalia Vodianova led the pack, showcasing long dresses embellished with leather fringes in neutral shades.
American Vogue's Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour and Creative Director Grace Coddington were seen on the front row.
The rest of the show was filled with long-slung silk skirts with sequins and python details, twinned with short tops that left the skin exposed.
Animal-print gowns -- a mainstay at Cavalli -- were also shown at the packed show held at the renovated "Arch of Peace" monument in central Milan.
