Dita Von Teese is sharing her love for vintage lingerie with her clothing label Von Follies by Dita Von Teese.
The 40-year-old burlesque dancer has been selling items in Europe, Australia and online since last year. Now select items from her collection are being made available to a wider audience via the U.S. television shopping channel HSN.
For Von Teese her love of intimate apparel is deeply rooted.
"I've always had a fascination with lingerie. I remember even from when I was very young, like six years old I was always very intrigued by my mother's lingerie drawer. And for me it was like lingerie was symbolic of womanhood and femininity. And kind of like a mysterious secret, but also physically very beautiful," said Von Teese who admittedly owns an extensive collection of vintage lingerie.
