John Galliano's spring/summer 2013 ready-to-wear collection from Bill Gaytten was more understated than in previous seasons - Gaytten took over from Galliano after his sacking in 2011
PARIS, FRANCE - There were no big celebrity attendees or wild theatrical performances as were commonplace under John Galliano's reign.
Instead, the John Galliano women's spring/summer 2013 ready-to-wear collection from Bill Gaytten was strikingly sombre.
The lines were architectural, with draped and fitted jackets worn with voluminous trousers and statement oversized shorts along with a series of dramatic, wide-brimmed hats designed by Stephen Jones adding a touch of Edwardian elegance.
